21.01.2022 Psychobiotics...gosh I love that word! Yesterday I was cleaning out our "junk" room to make way for my daughter's new bedroom. I found my old medical records from when I was a child. When I was about 2 years and 8 months old my parents had taken me to the GP because I was so irritable they "were at their wits end". Apparently I had gone from contented and happy toddler to grumpy, uncooperative and antisocial seemingly overnight.
