20.01.2022 We all like to stay dry and warm on cold & rainy days like today. Meanwhile this little guy is out an about checking the real estate in your area. Must have 1. Good solid roof. 2. Roof insulation is a must have.... 3. Free heating (optional) 4. Easy access IN & OUT for the whole family, including the kids. (we eat out a lot) 5. Don't mind if we make lots of noise, especially at night ( kids like to play up a bit) sorry in advance if we keep you awake. 6. Available to move in without you knowing (optional) One last thing, we don't like it when you call the pest control bloke.

18.01.2022 This client had a large infestation of caterpillars. The property was on the market to be sold, but the sight of all the caterpillars was putting buyers off, so an urgent call came in from the real estate agent for help. We responded to the call same day and treated not only the outside but also the inside of the property, caterpillars were everywhere. The real estate agent was at a lose at what to do about cleaning all the dead caterpillars up after the service. We came to t...he rescue and offered to help out with the clean up and a few days later back on site with a few extra bits of equipment, cleaning the property of dead caterpillars. One issue that we face in the pest control business is that when home owner needs a there termite barrier replace it can be almost impossible to do, and may limit the service being offered. 1, client does not want decking pulled up. 2, client does not want drill holes, drilled in the nice new decking, etc, etc.... If you are thinking of putting decking in anywhere, get advice from a pest control professional first.
