16.01.2022 Being fit and strong is important to me so I can do things like this with my little people. For me it isn’t about the aesthetics or the numbers, it’s about being able to do everything I want to do. Be healthy and active and create memories with my family. I don’t want them to remember that mum didn’t eat cake or ice cream. Being totally restricted they can gain a warped view on nutrition. Food is fuel, carbs are good for you and so important if you’re training! Under eating is no fun for anyone, don’t miss out on your life to weigh a little bit less on a scale!!

10.01.2022 "Gyms, indoor fitness centres and swimming pools do not need to close at this time as long as they follow social distancing advice and have good cleaning routines in place."

10.01.2022 Coronavirus (COVID-19) guidelines. As you are all aware the recent outbreak in COVID-19 is increasing and will continue to increase over the next few weeks and months. I clean the gym equipment weekly but I will be increasing this cleaning schedule and using Glen 20 multiple times throughout the day. I do ask if you feel unwell please stay home, we will reschedule the session when you are well. Disease prevention... Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. Avoid close contact with people who are sick. If you cough or sneeze, do it into your sleeve, or use a tissue. Dispose of the tissue immediately into a closed rubbish bin, and then clean your hands. Clean surfaces regularly with disinfectant. For example: always clean kitchen benches and work desks. IF YOU FEEL UNWELL Avoid travelling if you have a fever and/or cough. Once you get home, make contact with a health professional and tell them about where you have been. If you feel unwell, stay at home and call your healthcare provider.

06.01.2022 BREAKING: Greater Brisbane will go into a three-day lockdown and restrictions will come into place across Queensland after cases of COVID-19 transmission were d...etected in the community. From 5pm today, residents in the local government areas of Brisbane, Ipswich, Moreton Bay, Logan and Redlands can only leave home for one of these four reasons: 1. To buy essentials such as groceries or medications 2. Work or study if you can’t do either from home 3. Exercise in your local area 4. Healthcare or to provide help, care or support Cafes, pubs and restaurants will be open only for take-away service. Schools in the locked down areas will remain open for children of essential workers. Visitors at private homes are limited to two per day. Weddings are limited to a maximum of 10 people, including the celebrant and witnesses. Funerals are limited to a maximum of 20 people, excluding officials. For the rest of Queensland, private gatherings are restricted to 30 people. Everywhere in Queensland, you must carry a mask with you whenever you leave home. Wear it in indoor spaces, including public transport, taxis and rideshares. To keep our most vulnerable Queenslanders safe, aged care, correctional centres, hospitals and disability service providers will close to visitors across the state. The restrictions will be reviewed on Wednesday evening. These measures are tough, but they are important to keep our community safe. #covid19
