23.01.2022 Just a quick tip this week. When you cleanse your face, not only should you use a cleanser that is suitable for your skin type, free from comedogenic, irritating ingredients. But it is important to always do it after you have washed your hair and brushed your teeth. Shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste will sit on the skin, they are not the correct PH for the skin, plus they contain ingredients that can irritate and create inflammation. Inflammation can show up as Pustules, blackheads, milia (whiteheads) sensitivity, dilated capillaries, dehydration, over production of oil and uneven pigmentation.
