19.01.2022 PRENATAL YOGA At La Yoga, we support those who are pregnant, with prenatal yoga accessible to all stages of pregnancy. Our prenatal yoga classes will help you adjust to the different stages of your pregnancy. SATURDAY'S @ 10.30am (starts this weekend!)... We approach prenatal yoga holistically with elements of building strength, stretching to allow room for baby and release of tension, breathing techniques, pelvic floor mapping, bonding with baby, guided meditation for relaxation and therapeutic sound.
