24.01.2022 Full fit out of Ilgelato new premise. Massive cold storage facility featuring a 10 degree ambient preparation room, coolroom and freezer room. Lazco have engineered these systems to be a higher capacity than needed. This ensures they perform at the highest of summer temperatures, and also do not struggle when loading or being stocked to the brim. We have used carel evd ice technologies in our evaporators keeping the superheat at an optimum 6k. Acpac packaged condensers with variable speed fan drives to keep the condensing temperature stable no matter what season we are in. The freezer has been designed to have two completely seperate systems for full redundancy backup. All controlled by dixel technologies with integrated remote temperature monitoring. We can’t wait to try some ice cream!

22.01.2022 Our latest project completed and handed over! New butcher shop fit-out for Silvestro Butchers. It has been a pleasure working with the Silvestros to design this completely custom fitted out butchery. Lazco manufactured cold plate with under counter storage, open case upright cabinet and coolroom and freezer rooms with display doors. For this particular project we worked with the client to design and make a meat rail to allow efficient movement of product from the delivery Van into the cold stores. The meat is hung on hooks connected to rollers that are made to move on a steel track loop. This makes the whole process for the client easy, no manual lifting creating a seamless method of food handling. Be sure to visit this new establishment and try Sams famous Italian sausages. 18.01.2022 Packed up and ready for despatch! These custom trays have been built for the @redcrossau Being used in a medical application they have been electroplated to give them a special chemical coating. Electroplating is the process of plating one metal onto another by hydrolysis. Most commonly used for decorative purposes, though in this case, to prevent corrosion or staining of a metal. it’s another step to provide a product that is superior and capable of freezing plasma bags for years to come.

17.01.2022 Phantom black stealth cabinet for our client and good friend of the company, Charlie. A combination of matte color bond, powder-coated gloss black and stainless steel surfaces portrays a strong aesthetic. We have used double glazed doors with our signature insert giving crystal clear view of products. LED twin strip run across the top of the cabinet is bright as can be. Engineered with 300 watts more refrigeration capacity than needed it can pull drinks or product down faster, as well as maintain temperature with ease using less Kilowatts of power over a year. This will be tested and data logged over the weekend as part of quality control before being shipped next week to its new home! Pep’s Wine Bar in cottesloe! 17.01.2022 Lazco would like to congratulate Kailis Fish Market Cafe for their amazing facelift of the restaurant and fish market. We helped restore the Lazco Cold plate, installed a new cake display in the cafe, fitted new higher capacity motors to the salad cabinet as well as stainless caps and trims through out the venue. We cant wait to try the new menu put together by the @kailishospitalitygroup !

16.01.2022 Our engineers and manufacturing team have been hard at work to bring this to life. This custom made multi use shelving system is the work of many ideas combining to make kitchen operation easier for clients. Shelving tracks that operate both ways sliding back and forth allow products to be passed in and out of storage. With workplace health and safety paramount these days Lazco have designed a bottom shelf that lifts up on gas struts. This allows heavy loads to be stored and moved from a safe lifting height for the client, not having to bend down to ground level to move heavy loads. 15.01.2022 It’s finally here! Our brand spanking new turret punch! Weighing a whopping 12 tonne and with a price tag just as heavy, this monster is a mechanical master piece. It took two cranes working in sync to get the giant turret through the single roller door, taking over 7 hours to get it from the truck on the road to the position in the factory. A massive operation which will carry on through tomorrow commissioning this beasts many electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems. We cant wait to use our new machine to innovate and engineer products for our clients

15.01.2022 New bar cabinet custom made to fit an existing space. The old cabinet had been in a Perth bar for over 20 years with the cabinetry and benches built around it. This is a common problem where when equipment reaches its replacement age, finding a suitable fridge to fit can be very difficult. Lazco can manufacture any size or shape to fit your current kitchen and match your needs. This particular cabinet has been built for another refrigeration company to fit and install, evaporator has been fitted by Lazco along with electrical and LED lighting. All that’s left is to rip out the old one and connect the new one for another 20 years of service and keeping beers cold

14.01.2022 A custom made combination cool/freeze room. Our newest installation for the south beach cafe Fremantle. This room features multi display doors allowing it to be used as a display fridge as well as a coolroom. This is a huge benefit as the client saves money not having to buy more refrigeration equipment, and uses far less power combining all cold storage into the one system. Duel digital controls from dixell technologies ensure products are kept at a safe temperature and high ambient motors located outside run efficiently in the harsh Australian summer.

12.01.2022 Hot off the production line! Just finished, signature Lazco single door display cabinets for a catering client. Designed with the future in mind these cabinets are built to last. Marine grade stainless steel and frame ensure these products can be used at sea or in a medical application. We have chosen to use high grade energy efficient motors, making these operate easier and have less run time. Being able to achieve the desired temperature with ease is critical, as less en...ergy is used in the process. 11.01.2022 Back from a bath at the electroplaters these trolleys are about to be packaged and shipped across the country to @redcrossau Brisbane. Designed for each shelf of the rack to hold a full load of plasma bags, it is rolled in and out of a blast freezer before being shipped or stored in a holding freezer. This new process we have developed with the blood bank has greatly improved the amount of plasma we can produce at their processing plants. As a first in Australia the Red Cross are collecting convalescent plasma in a bid to help the fight against #covid19 this is why plasma production has never been more important than it is today. 08.01.2022 Installed and On test, this 4 door display fridge is unlike any other. Behind the blue film on the exterior is a cabinet cladded entirely by brushed brass! The client wanted something extravagant that would stand out, so we designed a cabinet to match the color scheme of the bar, black doors and trims with brushed gold brass skin. We can’t wait for the plastic protective film to be removed and show you what we have been working on!

07.01.2022 A massive effort by the team to turn this vessel around within 3 weeks! A life at sea is a hard life, competing with vibration, constant bumps, different climates and salt corrosion are all hazards that we must design our products around. This particular vessel had docked for its first 5 yearly maintenance, this consists of a complete overhaul of all systems so it can continue to operate problem free for another 5 years. We have decommissioned these systems, completely decons...tructed the room, repaired all dented and damaged stainless panels, changed the old rusted out base plates for motors and fixed all electrical components we found along the way that needed changing. Oil changes in all compressors as well as filter driers and new refrigerant. Now all that’s left is the data logging of the systems for a performance check and it’s right to sail back into service

Completely custom built cold plate for @stonejetty_scarborough Made out of marine grade stainless steel and double glazed glass it contrasts nicely against the wood board paneling. This particular plate is smaller than the conventional butcher/seafood display, giving it a real boutique feel. Lazco have used their signature suspended LED light track on either side of the plate, ensuring no shadows on the product or the ice. We have loved working with Tom, Riley and their old man on this project. They really know seafood... Wishing them all the best in their new establishment. We can’t wait to be regulars. Stone Jetty

04.01.2022 New custom underbench for the legends down at El Grotto with 6 double glazed sliding doors there is no frost on the glass, clearly displaying products. Fully dimmable LED twin strip illuminates the cabinet, controller by remote. We have installed custom made stainless low profile evaporators giving maximum internal volume and enough storage height to have a double stack of bottles. We have sized the capacity at 2.6 kwatt worth of refrigeration, this thing goes from 30 to 2 degrees under 10 minutes and won’t have a problem keeping the beers cold under extreme service. We can’t wait to see this thing stocked full of foreign tins! #builtnotbought

04.01.2022 How about this for an entertainers kitchen! And would you believe we have hidden a cool-room in here? With a mix of pastel blue, gold tones and a white stone bench top its a beautifully soft look. At the very end we have built our cool room into the corner recess, cladding it with the same material as the cabinetry. All controls, wiring and motors are internal giving it the false look of being a cupboard from the outside. We have used a dixell controller for complete temperature control and a high capacity condenser on the roof to cope with those hot summer days! this sure will keep the drinks cold!
