24.01.2022 Not hell or high water will stop us from delivering at the time we said we would be there. In Today’s case, it was high water!! As you can see I still have some tarping skills left It has been a big 3 days for us with Ollie stepping in and pumping out 30 little plant boxes on his own over the weekend, I literally couldn’t have done it without him. ... Also done some new things for the Cowra Flower Co and whacked a cool frame around the blackboard for the cool crew down at Kendal Street Cafe Big thanks to The Cowra Flower Co. and Kendal Street Cafe for their continued support.

22.01.2022 Now I’ve been in to this shop this week and got a little surprise sent to the old hugs and kisses, you know, just to keep them brownie points topped up, and I was fairly impressed how the shop has been over run with gifts for Father’s Day and not just your average hankies and undies either, some real cool ideas, so get down to The Cowra Flower Co. and get dad one of these cool hampers in a super cool handmade lazmam box

21.01.2022 This is the last piece to round out 2020 for Lazmam - pun intended! This was a challenge, but it’s turned out super cool! We would like to thank every single person that has followed us since the start, the word of mouth seems to be working, along with the shared posts and any other mentions we get. ... This little side business started, literally, on the ground, in dads shed, with dads tools a bit over 2 years ago and at the end of last year this was very much still a hobby that wasn’t being taken too seriously. It has probably been kicked up a notch this year, now I’m off the ground because I’ve got a bench, some tools (other than myself) and a little shed. For a few weeks through out the year it has kept our head above water and we sure do appreciate the support. What also came with that was a whole new appreciation for small business and supporting small business. Now more than ever the little guys need the support. Trust me when I say, these people may always be smiling and seem fine but no matter what business you’re in, if you’re supporting a family, there’s going to be times when your family doesn’t see you, you won’t sleep because your trying to work out if you’ve priced things right or remembered every order, this list could go on forever. So pretty much, just get in there and support your own town and it’s business’!! Our social media footprint may be a bit smaller in the new year, I have a few things to build for our own place and then I’ll be head down, bum up, making some stock to release later in the year, I will still answer any enquires you may have. So enjoy your Christmas and New Year, stay safe, drive safe, don’t drink too much and be bloody mindful of who you get stuck under the mistletoe with!!

13.01.2022 Also a little update on the donated stuff that I done for the Batemans bay bmx club a few weeks back. It all sold and ended up raising $320 for the club and I also donated another little side table and 2 framed photos for them to put in a Father’s Day raffle. Big thanks to Everyone who purchased them pieces and make sure if you’re ever down that way on a race weekend, call in and watch a race or 2, there is some great people and great talent at that track!!

05.01.2022 So today’s task was to do a copy of an antique plant box, with circles carved in the sides. It was a bit of a challenge to say the least and I may have even said STRUTH a couple of times, just like the great Alf Stewart!! But we got there in the end ... Also I’ve attached a photo from a happy customer that got herself one of the Cool as bench seats!!

04.01.2022 With orders coming out my ears at the moment and one saw out of action I’m a bit limited to what I can do! Thankfully I could get this frame out so one cool dad can have a super cool gift coming his way this Father’s Day. Also you may have noticed a slight change to the name of the page this week, I’m doing a bit of a re-structure and not going to do as much of the large custom stuff from here on, once I clear up the orders I have I’ll focus on doing more of the smaller ...things, the sort of stuff I can manoeuvre around the shed myself without busting the old poople valve so stay tuned to see what I come up with!!
