18.01.2022 Hey team, We are currently brewing our modified version of our original Lazy Hazy NEIPA and thinking of a safe and easy way to remove our day 2 dry hops when we add our day 7 hops. We came up with this and thought some of you may like to adopt the idea. We will remove the hop tube containing the day 2 dry hops (from the hanging hop tube lid) and replace it with a 2nd hop tube containing our day 7 dry hops. And we are using the link from the 2nd hop tube to easily feed the chain through the grommet hole in fermenter and reattach the lid. We also cut a small slot out of the top of the airlock to hold the chain at the desired length with the option to lower it (chain running through sanitiser).. Hope this helps some of you out.

13.01.2022 Another absolutely cracking NEIPA, this one with affordability being a priority directly after quality. 09.01.2022 Well to have a beer that has this much complexity and flavour 24 hours after kegging and a force carb. Colour will get even better as it settles (this pour was 5 mins after keg shake) We cannot wait to see what 2 to 4 weeks will do. We are now more than happy to share the recipe as it's proven itself.
