20.01.2022 When I started this little business a little over 3 months ago, I had no idea I would have 500 customers.Thank you all so much and cheers to you all . I thought I was done until September .... Well not so ( at this stage ) I am aiming for fortnightly deliveries, to see us all through. Next delivery will be Friday 17th July . Have a great week end. 15.01.2022 So today we took Lazy Lizzard into new territory. Doonan, Conroy, Tinbeerwah, Tewantin, Noosaville, Noosa Heads, Perigian Beach, Perigian Springs and finishing at Coolum. The response and the friendly attitude when I was greeted at the door was overwhelming. I was even gifted a new stainless tray , thank you Sharla Bourke. We will certainly make this a regular trip. Orders do close Sunday for Wednesday delivery. Have a great week beautiful people

I didn’t even know some faces for a few months but we knew all the coloured eskies and voices that called out Thank you from behind closed doors. I now know most of your family and even your pets, which I am thankful for. I wish you all an amazing and brighter 2021 and look forward to delivering to your happy smiling faces. 02.01.2022 Another recipe. From Grant Martlew : fried cauliflower rice 500g fresh prawns 3 cups cauliflower rice 3 eggs... 1/2 cup bean sprouts 1 ham steak diced 1/2 roast chicken shred 1/2 cup peas 2 big shallots sliced 1 onion ,wedged 1 tsp chinese 5 spice 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 1 big chilli (optional) 1 tb coconut oil cut everything up and have ready whisk the eggs together and cook as a thin omelette , let cool and cut it into ribbbns. heat oil to smoking add onions and white pet of shallots, stir fry. add cauliflower rice and seasonings ,stir so it doesn’t burn , when everything is hot add the rest of your ingredients get it all to an even heat and add soy sauce. Dish up and devour
