23.01.2022 First time pressing 20's!! The weight was good but didn't like these set of Dumbbells, very rattling & loose. Not used to the size of these DBs, very bulky & found them hard to just hang on to properly Did 10 reps on 17.5kg so I thought it's time to crack a PB 5reps on 20kg... I remember when I was doing comp prep I used to freak out pressing 17s and only used to get out 4-5 reps and I couldn't even get them up to start my set by myself Now the 17s are a good working weight for me and I'm going to introduce the 20s into my workouts.

Like life goes, we have good days & we have bad days. - So how do we push through the unmotivated days , to not only get out the best session but also get out a good rest of the day. So a little thing I do is when I feel weak before the gym or when I feel unmotivated or don't feel like training to my full potential , I listen to motivational clips, it gets me all pumped up and MAKES me go harder in my session, leaving me feeling like I achieved my... goal in the gym for the day - which leaves me in a good mood for the rest of the day knowing I went my full potential So give this a listen too and let me know what you think?
