25.01.2022 Christmas shopping tradie style
23.01.2022 In early 2020 we started our Bluff Views project with a scope of 2 kitchens and a bathroom. Our clients used this as a holiday home so just wanted a freshen up. As the year progressed and COVID made her mark this little fixer upper became a total renovation of a 3 storey home with the addition of a lift and outdoor bar, to enable this gorgeous extended family to all live in harmony together. We hired 3 more staff, the most incredible interior designer @aliwaightstylist came o...n board and suddenly we had our dream team. It’s hard to describe how much of a labour of love this project was, but everybody involved just really enjoyed working on it. 20.01.2022 If you love being creative with your spaces, then please know that our passion is BUILDING creative spaces! Instead of saying ‘No that’s too hard/ time consuming/ beyond our skill level’ we say ‘Sure, let’s find a way!’. This curved wall was fun to create, and out of shot is a specialised bidet which required liaison with international reps to install. 14.01.2022 So excited to open our emails this morning to find out that we are finalists for our 5th award in 5 years! We will find out the winner in a few weeks so keep your fingers crossed for us . As we always say this recognition is not just ours but also our building designer @sonogan_design, all of our subbies, our staff, photographer @bwrm.bellarine and of course our client for allowing us to enter and presenting their home so beautifully. A little happy dance to end the working year
14.01.2022 We build beautiful homes for you to spend lockdown in...Maybe this will become our new slogan?! But seriously, it’s becoming apparent that the design of our homes needs to now accommodate spending more time in them with extended family. All of those families that have designated study areas, outdoor spaces and sound proofing will have less stress at Dan’s announcement today than those that don’t. Make sure you take into account our ‘new normal’ in your house designs everyon...e and have a chat to our design and build team if you don’t know where to start! 13.01.2022 This is Michael from @genu_training in Duoro St Geelong. He’s kindly taking my boxes of paper from our office and today he and his team will support the most amazing group of employees with a disability to shred them all for me. They charge me a mere $8 a box but to be honest they could charge me whatever they wanted and I’d still support them. Sometimes it’s hard on your conscience to run a business where you know you’re creating waste- the construction industry accounts for 40% of all landfill- so we try as much as we can to have a social conscience. If you hate shredding, or your kids give up after half an hour even though you bribe them, or your compost is overfilled with shredded paper, then give these guys a go!

01.01.2022 In the past few years the projects we’ve worked on have been mind blowing . And at the end of the day the praise comes all our way for delivering such a stunning home but the reality is that the design comes from you, our client and we just do the creating! So what do you do though if you want a designer home but don’t know how to get there? OR, you have ideas in your head but you’re not sure the Builder will accurately create your vision? Well we’re GOOD but we’re not th...at good, so luckily we work with some of the best designers around our little coastal town! We’ve got building designers that draw your vision for you and create a visual for those that don’t like a floor plan. Then we’ve got interior designers that will help you with colours, furniture, styling and pulling it all together. If outdoors is your thing and you’re more worried about the pool than the piano then landscape designers will match the outdoors to the indoors. In the country we call it a one stop shop, but I believe the more appropriate industry term is ‘From concept to completion’
