20.01.2022 A little.... hmmmm lets say warmup with the one and only Matt Robards. He actually loves me guys.... maybe. Well not so much when the sleds involved. Anyway stole this idea off another true legend at S2F Fitness Johnny Dobija. The idea is to throw a 20KG ball as far as you can, run to the ball and back to the sled, push the sled to the ball and back to the starting position, run back to ball and repeat until back to the starting position. 16.01.2022 My favourite (and only) Mother and Daughter duo! I’m telling ya, these ladies #AbsoluteSuperstars. Look at em workin on their fitness! Cores of Steel!... Anyway! Georgie came to me donkeys ago, looking to get her mum and herself into the gym to work on general fitness and toning. Now look at em! Georgie’s shipped off to the big smoke, and now I see Georgie’s Mum and Dad, Julie & Darryl twice a week, nice and early. It’s seriously amazing to see the progress they achieve every week. Very very proud PT fan girl here. Let me know if anyone requires any help with their fitness, whether it’s advice or a free pt session. I’m your lady

14.01.2022 I didn’t want to go today. BUT I DID. I didn’t go at 10:30am - BUT I DID at 12pm. I didn’t train for my usual hour - BUT I DID for 20 minutes. ... Covids got me f*cked. Situationally depressed AF. I’ve been winging and bitchen about how the gyms closed and I finally was getting back into training and how I’m financially f*cked and blah blah blah - when I realised... I can’t change a damn thing about any of that, but I can change my mindset and I can change my attitude. SO I DID. So I’m asking you, like me, what are you going to do DIFFERENTLY today? Acknowledge the negatives. But find and achieve the positives! Attached; pictured of me f*cked. (P.s. cardio is not my strong suit but I did it)

14.01.2022 BOXING ft the VGT group! Boxing is such good fun, it has amazing health and fitness benefits! These guys train twice a week together, and are an amazing bunch of people.... As mentioned in a previous post, Greg has set up a corporate training program. If you’ve been thinking about arranging some kind of fitness for your business, or even if you think the business you’re employed with would be interested in training together; no matter how big or how small; please send me a DM so I can help the whole team get started on their fitness journey. Greg initially was worried in relation to all the different personalities training together, as well as all the different fitness levels. 11.01.2022 I almost never leave the gym after a session without looking like this and neither do my clients and neither should you. My arms are usually heavy, knees a definitely weak, (Eminem Ref) and sometimes I even shake a little. If you’re leaving the gym, without at least one of the above you definitely need to readjust your workout. This might mean, adding a few more reps, or another set, adjusting your weight or even coming having a chat with me to redesign a new workout or two. #gettingitdone

Until recently we have trained twice a week doing one on one sessions. Working on general fitness for 1 simple goal: to live a healthier lifestyle. Recently, he’s joined his company in his plans! Minimal Equipment Home Work Out What you’ll need: Skipping Rope Determination Optional; Weight for russian twists and a mat. App Tips: The SIT app is amazing and helps to track your rounds, ie; keeps your mind on execution instead of time. I then swipe once I finish with the round to the regular time app and put a 1 minute timer on and have a little lay down. Set 1: 30s Skipping Rope / 10s Rest / 30s Mountain Climbers / 10s Rest x4 1 Minute Rest Repeat Once. (3 Min 50s Rounds) Set 2: 30s Skipping Rope / 10s Rest / 30s Bicycle Crunches / 10s Rest x4 1 Minute Rest Repeat Once.
