10.01.2022 O35/45 Pre-Season Training Pre-season training for the O35s and O45s has commenced on Tuesday nights at Blackman Park from 7pm - 8.30pm. If you are a current player and have a friend that might want to play this season, pre-season training is a great opportunity to introduce them to the club on a no-obligation basis. If you are new to the area or to the club you are also most welcome to come down and join us. If you want some more information feel free to email [email protected] with any question you have.

09.01.2022 This week we farewell Tim Culovic from the 35/1 team. Tim and his family are heading to London for a while after Tim landed a plum new job there. We are going to miss this Lane Cove FC legend - an absolute champion of a bloke and a pleasure to be around. We were thrilled to send Tim out a winner yesterday with a 6-1 thrashing of West Pymble. Tim even managed to nab a goal in his farewell game. All the best to Tim, Lindy and the family in this next chapter of their lives. We’ll miss you mate!

09.01.2022 LANE COVE FC GOES BACK TO BACK IN HUSKISSON Lane Cove FC successfully defended our title at the Husky by the Sea O35 tournament last weekend in Huskisson. After topping our group in the round robin on Saturday with 2 wins and a draw, we went into Sunday’s finals full of confidence. An easy 3-0 win over Woden Valley in the quarters was followed by a tight 1-0 win over our sister team Specialists FC in the semi final. Two early goals from David Tucker and a late strike from Ge...d McAleese saw us ease away for a comfortable 3-0 win over last year’s finalist Kemps Creek in the main event. We even managed to win the Team Spirit award, showing what a great bunch of guys we have at the club. Another fantastic weekend of great football, great camaraderie and great fun for our families. Let’s make it a hat trick in 2020!
