We are taking applications for the followi...ng teams, Youth (10-13 y.o mixed), Juniors 14-16 y.o mixed), Colts (17-19y.o mixed), Mens (19+) Women (18+) In the following roles Head Coach Offensive Co-Ordinator Defensive Co-Ordinator Positional Coaches Team Managers Trainee Coaches This year we are also running our trainee coaching program for those that are interested in coaching but do not know where to start. 07.01.2022 Coaching Announcement #1 We are pleased to announce Coach Shane Prosser as Head Coach for the 2020 season. This will be Coach Prosser's 15th year in the s...port as either a player or a Coach and 3rd Season in Australia , having previously played/coached in the UK He was our Defensive Co-Ordinator last season for the Men's team and Interim Head Coach when required. He has previously coached for programs in the UK including the Bristol Academy PRIDE and UWE Bullets. "I am very excited to lead the charge at the Bears this coming season. It will not be without challenges but I look forward to the experience and helping bring this club back to competing for championships across all levels in the near future. Our main goal is to continue to increase participation at LCGFC. We will do this by focusing on the fundamental techniques for our players and by developing coaches and officials that are able to give back to the sport in GQ."
