12.01.2022 Kez over the past few months has made a MASSIVE change to her mindset / knowledge of her nutrition and daily caloric intake. Going from what she believed to be eating less to lose weight - affecting her mental state and fat loss... to eating more close to a safe caloric deficit - restoring her metabolism normality, mental state and strength in the gym whilst losing body fat. 09.01.2022 Instead of learning how to crash diet and make short term progress, I make sure to explain to my clients that good things take time. With time there comes experience, and in experience there comes confidence in doing it yourself - I can confidently say that client Maddy is more then knowledgeable in the process of understanding her own exercise and nutrition. I explained to Maddy the other week on how proud I am to say that she is quite self sufficient in most things now to d...o with fitness, that I’m really only going to need to be there to hold her accountable here and there... and to kick her ass in a session every now and again, which I’m sure she was stoked to hear! Proud of you girl!

That’s alright - I prioritise my fitness and always make sure I get the work in where needed. 24 hours in a day, find 45 minutes and give it all you got - the feeling after is worth every minute!...
