17.01.2022 This is what boundaries mean to me - - - -... In my next latest video "Whats going on with your person and you.", spirit had me talk about some dynamics from my previous relationship. This left me feeling very vaulnerable and wondering if i should even release the video. After meditating and releasing that energy, my angel guides talked to me about boundaries. Something im still learning to master every day. I thought id share some of my lessons about boundaries on my page. 02.01.2022 Solar plexus chakra healing / meaning - - - -... Healing my solar plexus chakra was one of the most traumatizing and rewarding things I have ever done for myself. The amount of sludge that came up to do with tiny remarks, manipulative behaviours from friends, family, and relationships was almost unbearable. But doing yin yoga with @yoga_with_kassandra made it easy for me to work through this chakra over time.
