My advice is to not experiment with new mediums of advertising. Stick to what you know works for your brand and turn up the heat with it. But get prepared as early as now! Customers will look straight through last-minute email blasts with no creativity or personalisation.

17.01.2022 When you launch your new ad in Ads Manager, the worst thing you can do is open it and make any changes within the first 48 hours. It can be tempting to keep a close eye on your ad when it first goes live, however this is an important period where Facebook starts to learn how best to optimise your ad within the algorithm. Making any changes, even as small as fixing a spelling mistake you may have made in the copy will disrupt this process and affect the p...erformance of your ad. So stay patient, let the platform do its thing, and adjust accordingly once Facebook has collected enough data to show you the true performance. See more

09.01.2022 Creating a campaign that brings a flow of consistent *quality* leads each month - Yes please! I emphasise the word quality as anyone can jump into Ads Manager and set up a lead generation ad, however it’s easy to waste your ad spend on dud, lifeless leads if the audience targeting is not on point. This is an ongoing client we have been working with (service-based business) who wanted to generate consistent leads leading into the busiest time of the year. We imported their e...mail subscriber list and created a lookalike audience to really nail the targeting and we’re getting a great response, for only $3.48 a lead. Facebook marketing really can be affordable when you have the right strategy!

Here’s a brief breakdown of what goes into a successful launch: Pre-launch. We gave existing customers/salon clients the first sneak peek at the range through an EDM (email campaign) 2 weeks prior to launch. Teaser campaign on social media pre-launch (without showing the product) to build the excitement and curiosity.... Influencer campaign to show demo/how to use videos while exposing brand to new audiences. Ad campaigns for brand awareness to new and existing warm audiences. Free Online Educational Zoom Workshops with the product development team to explain USP’s (unique selling points) of the range and how to use it. Providing digital assets to the members area so customers can share to their accounts to maximise exposure. We created product specific hashtags to use and also Instagram story gifs to create some fun around the launch when sharing content! It’s an exciting process to be a part of and when you maximise efforts with your launch, you can get some amazing results!
