22.01.2022 The lea.collective is a Brisbane-based contemporary dance collective that seeks to collaborate with the local emerging artist community and create projects surrounding the human experience. We see audience and dancers’ experience as equal importance, creating a captivating atmosphere for all to be immersed in. Founded by Lauren Graham, Erin O’Rourke, and Alexa Dewar, we aim to expose the innate, visceral truths of the human experience with focus on expanding the community that surrounds contemporary dance. Working with associate artists, lea.collective will produce creative developments, performance, and installation works throughout 2020 and beyond.
