23.01.2022 We would like to take this opportunity firstly to thank you for your patience while we worked through this difficult time. Due to Victoria entering a State of Disaster as well as the Stage 4 Restrictions put in to place for the Melbourne Metropolitan area, our Manufacturing buildings and Craigieburn Dealership will be closed from 4:30pm on Wednesday 5th August 2020. Our Burleigh Heads (QLD) and Newcastle (NSW) dealerships will remain open during this 6-week period. ... During this time, we will have staff monitoring each department from home, and will be contactable via email only. Please have patience with our staff as response time frames will be slower than usual. Unfortunately for our customers who have caravans on order for delivery within the next 6 to 8 weeks, this will not be possible. Upon return to work, we will have the capacity to build existing orders prior to Christmas. If customers wish to delay their orders until 2021, that is also an option, with no price increase. Please contact your dealership if you would like to discuss your options. If you are in the process of signing off your plans and specifications, please proceed as normal with our orders departments. Warranty periods will be extended by a minimum of 6-months as many parts of the country have had travel restrictions for the better part of this year. Our Melbourne Dealership will be sending all New and Second-Hand stock to our Newcastle (NSW) and Burleigh Heads (QLD) Dealerships during the lockdown period, along with plenty of stock of spare parts and accessories so we can maintain our level of service to all. Thank you for understanding during these unprecedented times and we look forward to servicing you all upon reopening when it is safe to do so.
