I will be using this page to share insights, education and tips on self leadership, to let you all know of events I am running and to share my own journey of growth, which you may find beneficial. 05.01.2022 You know, one of the side benefits of the Art of Feminine Presence work I was not expecting is that I find I am actively uplifting and supporting other women more. I didn't actively bring other women down before, that is not who I am, but I unconsciously separated myself and seemed to withdrawal (probably as a protective mechanism) and felt I was on my own and that played out in how I responded to others. In my experience other women have been my biggest challenge at times, but there seems to be a shift in this. Anyway, it is a pleasant surprise and I am enjoying the female camaraderie I feel has been lacking to some degree in my life and workplace. It is powerful. We are so much stronger and impactful when we work together. x
