With a strong background in challenging leadership and management roles, Paul began with 25 years as a commissioned police officer in the State and Federal sector. This is where he developed a passion for growing the leadership capabilities of supervisors and creating healthier workplaces that encourage employees to thrive. Paul spent more than 10 years successfully designing, facilitating and evaluating leadership and culture change programs for numerous public, private and non-profit sector organisations. These organisations span both domestically and internationally, with projects in Indonesia, China, Micronesia, North America and the Solomon Islands. Paul’s practical experience is complemented by his formal education, which includes a diploma in Training and Assessment Systems, Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Masters in Leadership and Management.
