On this project the client had unsuccessfully approached a number of pool builders to design and construct a new pool to replace the old and leaking pool before engaging LDS to redesign their waterfront outdoor recreation area. It proved to be a complex design challenge fitting in a twin lane 15m lap pool an...d spa within the waterfront setback zone and addressing flood storage considerations.
