I recommend you have a restful day in the lead up to your session, so you don't feel rushed or stressed. 2. Sessions are often held in the afternoon. Let the kids have an early dinner or big afternoon tea before you... come to help with getting the 3pm slump. 3. Ensure your little ones are comfortable in what they are wearing and it doesn't itch them. 4. Don't worry if you children don't feel like smiling, there are plenty of things we can do to help them relax. 5. And lastly, life is so busy.
