20.01.2022 Moama Intersections Upgrade: UPDATE FOR MOTORISTS Motorists in Moama are reminded of changed traffic conditions this week on Perricoota Road as utility relocati...on work is carried out. Work will be carried out between 9.30am and 2:30pm from Wednesday 27 May, and is expected to be completed in three days, weather permitting. The eastbound lane of Perricoota Road, between Kirchhofer Street and Cobb Highway will be closed while the work is carried out. During work times, light vehicles travelling eastbound on Perricoota Road towards the Cobb Highway will detour along Kirchhofer Street and Boyes Street and heavy vehicles travelling eastbound on Perricoota Road towards the Cobb Highway will detour along Twenty Four Lane and Beer Road. Electronic signs, traffic control and a reduced speed limit of 60 km/h will be in place at the Twenty Four Lane intersection for the safety of workers and motorists. Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.

19.01.2022 WOW today marks the 20th Anniversary of AWESOMENESS for Leading Edge Conveyancing . Happy to say I didn't get these wrinkles for nothing . Thank you everyone for your support. I will have a party at 11:59pm tonight (a little happy dance required I think )

13.01.2022 We have been receiving a lot of enquiries about the new requirements for swimming pools. 5 key points to address 1. You have until November to register your p...ool with council. You need to do this first, you will receive a letter with the date the pool was installed, the applicable standard it needs to be inspected against and when your first certificate of compliance is required to be lodged. 2. You then can choose to use council or a registered building inspector to certify your barrier. 3. If you choose to engage us, we can answer any questions you may have over the phone prior to us coming onsite. If the pool doesn’t comply we complete a non compliance form 24. You will have 60 days to fix up any items on the non compliance form. Once you have rectified any issues we will re inspect and provide a certificate of compliance for you to lodge with council. We recommend visiting the @victorianbuildingauthority website for self assessment tool. Please note that if we issue a non-compliance form and at the end of the 60 days you haven’t fixed up the items, we will lodge your noncompliance form to council and they will send out the $1100 fine. 4. To summarise the intent of the latest 2012 standard, which we will all have to comply with at some point, it is to make the swimming area as small as possible, have no where that kids can hide, the whole area concreted to maintain clearances under the fence, ideally no boundary barriers and nothing for kids to climb on. At the moment you are only required to comply with the standard that the pool was installed to so check the letter from council for your applicable requirements. 5. We service the Shepparton, Moira, Mansfield, Strathbogie, Campaspe and Ganawarra Regions. Our aim is to work with you to issue a form 23 certificate of compliance.
