19.01.2022 I had to drop it down but just about there!! I forgot how hilly our southern suburbs are One more ride to go before this Saturday cut off, please donate anything you can to help the kids with cancer foundation. 16.01.2022 When purchasing your biggest asset, do your homework and only pick licensed!!! Many can talk the talk but do you want to see this after you purchase your new home? Angers me!! You should receive 2 separate reports for your building & pest inspection, if not this can happen to you! But, I’m extremely glad to help these guys out with treatment of the active coptotermes acinaciformis ( the worst you can have at your property) and remediation of affected roof and wall timbers. ... 14.01.2022 Hard entry into a roof void today, but still got in for the clients! Even used a pretty cloth so the walls didn’t get marked up! Asbestos shingles with corrugated iron cladding under, common to have rust at lap joins but roof void was looking great! Most inspectors would never attempt entry but I always will try!! #photosdonojustice #kitchencupboardintheway

12.01.2022 Goal completed! Great to part of such an awesome event and fundraiser for Kids With Cancer by the Children’s Medical Research Institute. 100km didn’t seem a lot when thinking about it but actually really was with the down south hilly areas! And on a downhill mountain bike. In 3 weeks we got it done and also went over the $1000 goal set out thanks to everyone who donated, never thought I’d get that much hit the link below if you still want to donate.
