Many in the arts space, community organisations, not for profits, support services and other bodies with people-focused cultures. To keep our service informed, relevant and responsible, we seek out training in areas that will help us understand our clients’ needs and objectives which allows us to deliver the best possible outcomes for th...em. This last week, our Managing Director Brett Osmond completed a training module to better support LGBTQIA+ students and staff with Minus18, an organisation that aims to improve the health and wellbeing of, and provide a safe environment for, same-sex attracted and gender diverse young people in Australia.
