23.01.2022 I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately. I’ve been ‘struggling’ with my intuition. Ignoring it, realizing I’ve ignored it, beaten myself up (then repeat!) Today I slowed down. Took time to think through reactions. Then, this afternoon in yoga, I had fridge magnets appear in front of me (like in the picture). They spelt the name ‘David’. I asked the ladies in the class, ‘Does the name David mean anything to you?’ One lady said her husband was David. I said, it seems like you and him need to have some fun! (that’s what the childlike-ness of the magnets meant to me). She said yes! We’re really stressed at the moment! Slow down. Breathe. You’ve got this! PS when was the last time you pulled out a board game? Did something to treat your inner child? She’s waiting to play!

20.01.2022 Something has resonated with me the last few days. A rocket ship is only on course 4% of the time. The other 96% is course correction. I need to allow the course corrections. 03.01.2022 Chatting to a friend yesterday, and we both said how we’ve gone back to having a fresh lemon water first thing in the morning, as we had both done in years gone by. What habit do you need to return to? PS yes, these are lemons from my tree. Not pretty, but juicy!
