12.01.2022 A big thanks to Carol Roberts of Paynesville Primary School for joining us virtually on Day 2 of our SPPIKE program in Melbourne. Carol shared her experience & learnings from the program with participants and showed the deadly work the school is doing around promoting local Indigenous language.

11.01.2022 This year marks 13 years since the national apology to the Stolen Generations was given in parliament. The anniversary is a time for all Australians to reflect on the long-lasting effects of government policies on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples past, present and future. We also acknowledge the courage and resilience of our people in the continuing fight against oppression and adversity. #HealOurPast #BuildOurFuture #NationalApology #StolenGeneration

10.01.2022 We finished the week working with the leadership team at Tyrell College supporting them with their priority areas for 2021. A big thanks to all of the staff at Tyrell College and Swan Hill Specialist School for a wonderful week!

10.01.2022 What a fantastic week in Melbourne delivering our SPPIKE Program to school leaders looking to improve what they do in Koorie Education. We’re so grateful that we continually get the opportunity to work with so many deadly people!

08.01.2022 What an absolute privilege to spend time with this group of amazing & inspiring Koories! Leading with Strength is running the 2nd phase of the Swan Hill Kerang Emerging Leaders Program where we have the opportunity to further develop the leadership capabilities of these deadly young people. The Swan Hill region is in very safe hands and there will be some exciting things happening soon!

07.01.2022 Day 2 of the Swan Hill Kerang Emerging Leaders Program included a special visit from the very deadly Shantelle Thompson - Barkindji Warrior! If you haven’t heard Shantelle’s story please make sure you go and follow her and be inspired like the group was today! We’re so grateful for the chance to work with this amazing group of young Koories from the region
