After initial design consultations via email and Zoom, the client settled on the final design from the range of drawings provided.... The next stage of the design process involves choosing the right glass types for each piece of the leadlight. Narrow reed, fine flute, hammered and pyramid were the final choices. 19.01.2022 ART DECO Front door, interior door and cabinet panel restored. These classic zinclights were cracked and weathered with weak solder joints and were in desperate need of reputtying when they arrived in the studio.... A full clean of all zinc, complete rebuild of the front door, broken glass replaced, internal steel on the horizontals for reinforcement and by client request, a new saddle bar for the front door. It was an absolute pleasure restoring these beautifully designed, geometric pieces. Clients are very happy with the finished result.
