24.01.2022 This little panel (it only measures 155 x 750mm, the smallest squares are ~1cm) is modified from a Frank Lloyd Wright design from 1903. I wanted to experiment with small sections of intense colour. Even though the style is over a century old, it would look at home in many contemporary houses. Imagine having this next to your front door instead of the ubiquitous plain glazing.

17.01.2022 I'm finally all set up in my purpose built studio. This is where your leadlights begin their life or come to get repaired. Generally I come to you, but if you want to drop off a repair give me a call.

17.01.2022 Another before and after. This one's from a front door. If you didn't look too closely it looked fine but it was incredibly loose and wobbly and the owners were starting to worry it might fall apart next time a gust of wind caught the door! When you have a look up close on the before photo you can see much of the lead is cracked and degraded. I rebuilt it using almost all the old glass and all new lead, just replacing a couple of small cracked pieces. Part of the process was a full clean, and of course a cement and polish. Good as new!

12.01.2022 I installed this traditional style front door surround today. I based the design on an original window elsewhere in the house (see last photo), with a small change to the colour selection for the client. They've prepped all the timber for the painter (who will be in next), it's going to look fab when that's all finished.
