24.01.2022 Young Industry Professionals (YIP) is an independent networking platform designed to connect young professionals in the construction industry. NixAnderson, as the founding sponsor, were proud to again provide sponsorship to the YIP team to host the 2016 Christmas Party on the 10th of November. The evening was great success with over 300 in attendance!

24.01.2022 Merlin Entertainments have recently announced the new Sydney Aquarium Penguin Enclosure to the public. The attraction features a boat ride through the penguin enclosure which is considered to be a world first. NixAnderson has managed the project on behalf of Merlin for the past 18 months and we are extremely excited about the forthcoming opening in early November this year. 23.01.2022 NixAnderson are proud to announce the completion of the Antartica Penguin Exhibit at Sydney Sea Life Aquarium Darling Harbour. NixAnderson managed the Project through the Design and Construction phases of this amazing exhibit on behalf of Merlin Entertainments.

21.01.2022 The Moore Theological College on King St Newtown is scheduled for completion in October this year. The structure is now complete and the façade installation has commenced.

16.01.2022 Works have begun on Property Bank Australia’s asset at 174 Pacific Highway St Leonards Building Façade Upgrade. On behalf of our client NixAnderson are providing Project Management Services in conjunction with MPA Constructions for the delivery of this project.

12.01.2022 NBH structure is now 80% complete with fit-out and façade underway on the lower four levels. Activity on all workfaces within the new circa 75,000 sqm Hospital contributes to an exciting project for NXA and stakeholders. 11.01.2022 Marsden Park Home Hub reached Practical Completion on the 16th August 2016, and is now open for trade to the public. This 40,000m2 area is made up of 20,000m2 of retail space, with a mixture of 35 bulky goods, business, food and beverage outlets. The 12 month construction phase finished on time, and will now be an integral part of the Marsden Park Sydney Business Park retail sector, joining other major retailers Ikea, Bunnings, Masters and Aldi, with Costco coming soon.
