19.01.2022 Cold drip coffee has been popular in Japan since the 1600s, though it was introduced to Japan by Dutch traders. Our cold drip coffee is made using Leaf Caf & C...os very own single origin coffee specially selected each week. This weeks single origin beans are from Papua New Guinea, Colbran Estate. The beans are ground fresh in the morning, the full flavour of the coffee is then extracted over an 8 hour period with quality mineral water using each cafs in house cold drip setup. 02.01.2022 We called in for brunch this morning and were so pleased with the lovely fresh food and great service. Everything cooked and made fresh to order...no microwave reheating. I was really impressed when I could see the lady in the kitchen mixing the batter for our pancakes and chopping up the fresh berries and banana...nothing at all was pre prepared. To top if off the staff are just lovely and were so pleasant and obliging to everyone considering the were flat out and run off their feet. Well be back...just fabulous!! Thanks so much. We had this beautiful comments so we decided to share it with all our followers.
