Bring your family and friends to this free, fun and educational Clean Up Australia Day event organised by Logan Youth Action Group to raise awareness about sustainability and learn how to care for the environment. Sunday 7 March, 9am - 2pm, Logan River Parklands, Beenleigh... The event also includes: Waste Education workshop facilitated by Council’s Watch Out Waste Team Free sausage sizzle provided by the Lions Club of Logan Village Please bring your own water and wear enclosed shoes. We're looking for exhibitors who share our commitment to conservation and sustainable practices and would like to share their message or products and services to our LEAF community on 23 May at Griffith University, Logan campus.... LEAF is Logan's annual celebration of everything eco as we come together to explore how we can all reduce, reuse and recycle to create a more sustainable world and future. Over 7,000 people head out each year to LEAF ready to enjoy everything from free hands-on workshops, presentations from industry leaders, cooking demonstrations, interactive kids activities and a whole range of truly inspiring exhibitors.
