18.01.2022 DEPOSITS, CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS We are now taking bookings via our new online booking system or by phoning our salon on 6555 4194. Due to our salon being booked in advance and us specialising in bigger colour services we now require a deposit when booking colour services. ... As we are a small business we require 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment less then 24 hours notice before your appointment may result into loss of deposit. No shows will lose deposits. Cancellations before 24 hours will require appointments to be rescheduled When you book an appointment at LHS that time is reserved just for you please understand by not giving us enough notice it’s hard for us to fill your spot.
