08.01.2022 This page has been a long time coming, I am sorry for this. It’s for all of you who have attended my workshops and retreats over the last couple of years, from anywhere in the world. I would love you yo share your stories, ice bath swims, questions, inspirations and motivations to help you stay on track. ... It can be hard to integrate back into society (especially after a retreat). I know this all too well. So I hope that by creating this page of beautiful like minded people from all over the world, that this may make it a little bit easier. This community is getting bigger and perhaps you will find someone on here for a Saturday night breath work session or Sunday afternoon Ice party If you know of people who have attended one of my events please invite them in.
