The tantric yogic tradition is the birthplace of yoga and its science is that of the art of healing. Healing our bodies and our minds, uncovering the true essence of who we really are. The light in our hearts is that true essence and it’s brighter than you could ever imagine. It’s the innate source of our joy and our bliss. Some are here to show us that side of ourselves that we didn’t even know existed . There are no coincidences or chance meetings. If we watch for the signs and listen to our hearts, step by step we get that little bit closer to our true nature .
