19.01.2022 Rooftop pool with the most spectacular view. Away at conference and I have to say it has been incredible . I have heard the most amazing stories and I have met some "ordinary" people who have stepped out of their comfort zone and are now doing "extraordinary" things. What I have learnt from all of this is that if you have the courage to believe in yourself, surround yourself with a great tribe, be prepared to step out of your comfort zone then you can design the lifestyle you want. "If you have the ambition, then you have what it takes."

17.01.2022 New month = new goals I didn't really feel like getting up early to ride my exercise this morning but seeing that it's a new month and I want to smash some goals.... I did. 20 klms and feeling pretty happy with myself. So what am I trying to say: just go for it. Push yourself to do it, whatever it is, you'll thank yourself for doing it.
