From 1st October, anyone can return empty eligible drink containers to a Containers for Change refund point to receive a 10-cent refund, which they can choose to keep or donate to a charity or school.... Leaning Tree Steiner School has registered for a Containers for Change scheme ID. 17.01.2022 Last week, LTSS students were lucky to have a visit from Australian children’s author Bren MacDibble. Her latest children's novel is called How to Bee and is a novel for children 8-12 years old. The novel is set in Australia after the bees are gone, when poor children are employed to run through the branches and hand-pollinate the flowers. She gifted us with some books which we can’t wait to read to the children. ... Thanks so much for your time Bren, staff and students alike enjoyed your novel very much! #brenmacdibble

04.01.2022 Family Fun Day 2020 A super fun day was had by all who attended our Family Fun Day today. ... Families, staff and students laughed as they participated in the three legged races, tug of war, sack races, chuck a duck and piggyback races. Relays, passball, long jump, running races as well as cross country were a more serious business, and we were all done and dusted by lunchtime! Delicious homemade lemonade was enjoyed and then students settled down to golden time in the afternoon.
