22.01.2022 GUIDED MEDITATION THURSDAY 6:30PM Do you need to take time out for yourself to balance and de-stress? Have you ever wanted to learn how to Meditate or would like to join a local Meditation group?... My weekly guided Meditation is tonight at my home at 519 Mengha Road, Forest. Cost is $10 per person. Please ensure you arrive by 6:20pm as Meditation will start at 6:30pm. Please note, if you have any flu like symptoms, then you cannot attend. For the health and wellbeing of the group, if you do attend and are unwell, you will be asked to leave.
