By night the room will be transformed in to a funky theatre, giving The Howling Owl the chance to host Four Comedy Shows each night, through out the Fringe event. 15.01.2022 Presenting a new greeting card!!! I loved creating this scene in pen and watercolour. The historic 'Popeye', the elegant and ornate Albert Bridge (1879) , the paddle boat and even a duck or two are all part of my memories, spent at the Torrens.... So much has changed over time, but thankfully this simple outing is one we can still enjoy today.

12.01.2022 I will miss being at the Stirling Market for this time of social isolation. For the 9 years that I have been part of this fabulous market, I have only been absent for about 4 market days. I will miss my neighbouring stallholders and the lovely people who come and talk to me at my stall and encourage me with their kind words and by purchasing my art. I am still open for business. Check out stock options on my website Leanneheading.com. Also, I generally take a photo of my stall on market day. If you see anything you wish to purchase, contact me and I will check if I still have the artwork in stock. Delivery can be arranged.

11.01.2022 Here is a small glimpse of the effort that goes into creating an Exhibition. The theme is "My Story" and focusses on my artistic journey over the last 12 years. I will have 49 limited edition prints for sale, along with my 2020 Calendars and new Adelaide Journals. Come along and enjoy the journey. Thank you to my lovely husband who is always willing to lend a helping hand, especially since I am not a big fan of ladders. Exhibition starts on Thursday February 6th and runs through the month of February at Urban Cow Studio .

01.01.2022 Hahndorf at Autumn Step 2 The Colour Palette I mostly use watercolour paints, but Coloured Inks are also fun to work with. The Robert Oster range, produced in SA have colours inspired by Australia like Eucalyptus Leaf, Melon Tea, Bondi Blue and Claret. ... Today, I have been going through my entire collection of paints and inks, to produce my own colour sample cards. Whilst it can be time consuming, it is worth the effort. Tomorrow I will choose the colours from my colour sample cards that will make up my palette for the 2020 ink series. The care taken up to this point will produce harmony and uniformity within this collection of art
