09.01.2022 Taking some time to reflect on a challenging year, reset and put some goals in place for 2021. I’m a great believer that challenges help us to grow and learn. What better way to recharge and gain clarity than sat in a 120 million year old, 10 tonne amethyst crystal cave! Reflecting on all that we did well and what we can improve or learn from.... Firstly to acknowledge some positives of 2020. Its definitely taught us to appreciate the simple things in life, that maybe we sometimes take for granted. Many of us have spent more time with those closest to us. It has taught us to love nature, to explore and appreciate the natural beauty around us, often right on our door step Appreciating those simple things has allowed us to become more aware of climate changes and that maybe if we make small adjustments it could make a significant difference to the world we live in. Im super excited to share with you, but also a little nervous as this is coming from my true authentic self. I truly believe that my purpose in this life is to help others reconnect with themselves and find their inner beauty rather then only on a physically level, learning to love themself inside and out, and so by sharing this I am making a commitment to myself and you my valued clients, friends and family. Each year I set a goal to do a new course and learn something new that will not only help with my knowledge and growth but also to help you. Last year I studied Holistic counselling and the importance of treating the person as a whole (mentally, physically, emotionally & spiritually) I have always taken the holistic approach with skin concerns and not only treated the topical symptoms but also the root cause, as this is when you get the most life changing results! So as we move into 2021 my focus will be on Introducing more holistic therapy, as it’s my belief that after 2020 we all need more than just beauty on a physical level and a focus on all areas of our wellbeing. I will still continue to deliver existing treatments with some new exciting additions coming very soon, including Hydra Facial and Pigmentation Peel. In addition I will be introducing other wellbeing practices; some of which I currently offer such as healing therapy, reiki, reflexology and massage. There will be a big focus on education, as too often we spend lots on product and treatment and are disappointed in the result, not truly understanding what we need and what will work best to treat our skin conditions. Many holistic treatments we don’t even know we need and don’t fully understand the true benefits to our wellbeing. New holistic treatments such as yoga and meditation will help us to explore this These holistic practices have been a big part of my life and I’m ready to share them with you So 2021 will be a year of continuing to create confidence with topical treatment, but also taking you on a journey to find inner beauty and self love
