23.01.2022 I will not let anyone walk through my mind with their dirty feet It was Mahatma Gandhi who said this. I LOVE this metaphor ... and I too live this way. To help me with this, I read high vibration, high quality thoughts daily.... Because we need reminders gentle reminders We get pulled in by life, by being busy, by being around negative people, by being in negative situations, by social media, by FOMO. Most of all, we get pulled in the direction of our old patterns, old thinking, old conditioning. We are human and conditioned to repeat. But, we have the power of choice. And one fantastic way to choose better is to read high vibration thoughts every day, preferably in the morning. Put them in your phone. Read them when you’re tempted to check FB, Instagram, Twitter just once or twice a day. You’ll feel better. Your energy will lift. You are the gate keeper!, Do not let the dirty feet through the door!

Marcel Proust Gratitude can transform all our relationships. It starts when you express gratitude or appreciation to another person. The transformation begins when you have the thought of gratitude and your brain translates that feeling into beneficial biochemical and neurological changes in your body. The feeling of gratitude also expands ...the heart, which has the effect of erasing old grievances and soothing resentments and petty differences we may have been holding onto. Gratitude is wonderful in that it gives these same benefits to the body and heart of the giver as well as the receiver of gratitude. When someone is thanked or appreciated, they generate the same biochemical changes and feel the same expansion and healing of the heart. This back-and-forth flow of grace uplifts and opens every aspect of our relationship with that person. #gratitude

Once the causes of the anxiety are found, often through age regression, desensitization can be employed to undermine the power of the thing causing the anxiety. Exposure to the fear-generating event through hypnosis will result in both the subconscious mind and the conscious mind being able to deal with it without undue paralyzing anxiety reactions. Through hypnosis people are able to uncover and then face past traumatic experiences and end any negative effects coming from them, so that they can then lead a full, normal life. 13.01.2022 Personal Reflection Exercises... I love and accept that there are some situations that I cannot control. I love and accept that there are some situations that I cannot control. I let go of my tendency to try to be in control of everything. What a relief it is!... No longer do I have to be responsible for everything. It is much easier to focus on what I can control, instead of worrying about the things I cannot control anyway! What can I control? I can control my own thoughts and actions. I can control how I react to events. And I can control my expectations. When I focus on what I can control, I find that I become more effective. Instead of fretting over a challenge, I seek solutions and take action on my decisions. Instead of worrying about what others will think, I live true to my own morals, ethics, and beliefs. In being true to myself, I strengthen my self-esteem. Rather than bemoan a situation, I take whatever action I can to make things better. Taking decisive action reduces my stress about the situation and gives me hope for a better day ahead. I accept that I cannot control the actions of others and I prefer it that way. Truly, how complicated life would be if I had the responsibility of controlling and directing everyone! Simply letting go of the need to control takes the weight of the world off my shoulders. Today, I plan to accept whatever the day brings, do what I can where I can, and let the rest go! Self-Reflection Questions: 1. Do I get frustrated at situations beyond my control? 2. 13.01.2022 Never let someone with the significance of a speed bump become a roadblock in your life. Speed bumps. They do more than just slow the speed of cars heading down the road. Viewed another way, speed bumps can thwart people from their own forward movement.... Have you been allowing one person’s look, remark or estimation serve as a speed bump to your self-confidence, your dreams and your future? I love the quote above. I’ve borrowed it as an excellent analogy. It describes the way many of us interpret small, external signals and allow them to discourage us in life. Most people shrink at reminders of these personal speed bumps. Distilled down to reality, they represent a single word or judgment made by another that has caused them to stop growing, to stop aspiring. We don’t like to be reminded of the ways we’ve allowed ourselves to be stunted or stymied by others’ opinions. Doing so compounds our feelings of personal disappointment and self-condemnation. What we don’t realize, however, is the commonality of these speed bumps. They’re everywhere! And, if we’re really honest, we’ll need to acknowledge that we’ve played the role of speed bumps to other peoples’ lives, too. If you’ve been inhibited from advancing in life because someone impeded your path, maybe it’s time to reflect. Take a look at what fuels and foils our personal growth and potential.
