22.01.2022 Another beautiful botanical painting by Christine Cansfield-Smith framed with an inner silk mat and shadow detailing this week, ready for the Beechworth Botanica exhibition opening Thursday night....looking forward to visiting!

21.01.2022 This project has been sitting in my cupboard for a while, waiting patiently to be finished... a couple of shadowbox samplers using different mounting techniques (sewing, hinging, gluing). Nice to have them up on the wall, and more importantly, great to free up some storage space!

08.01.2022 It's been a little while since I've posted here...2019 was a year of studying the art of massage at Wodonga Tafe! But I have a small exhibition of my harvest pastels currently on display at the Beechworth Library, all for sale between $150-$280.

07.01.2022 Some of my cherries made it on to a US magazine cover...of all things, a financial services journal!

07.01.2022 A recently-framed cross-stitch which traveled all the way from the UK to settle in Bright. And look at those stitches! Needleworker Ann studied at the Royal School of Needlework in Surrey, and instead of cross-stitching over two threads, Ann has stitched her crosses over single threads, which means she's quadrupled the stitch count for this heirloom work. What a privilege to frame something so beautiful.
