20.01.2022 Some people are quick to label you a shitty friend with no clue how broken you are and instead of understanding they just call the friendship quits. There are many people that have a night out planned, or arrange a coffee with friends and suddenly the 4 walls they inhabit seem the only safe haven because it's the only place they don't have to pretend they are ok, so they cancel. Or when they are invited out, they tell them how terribly sorry they are but there’re already boo...ked up that weekend, when they are actually just really busy holding it together in their safe box. And so the first problem starts, all by itself. People stop asking them and the isolation that at first wasn't true becomes their only truth. Please don't give up on your friends. Ring them, go round, even when they don't want you to. Because they really do, they just don't know how to say it. Maybe some of it will stick and when you ask someone how they are you actually mean it rather than it being a form of greeting. So many times people ask us how we are and we know some are not really interested so we say fine. And the isolation starts.

My beautiful couple Darion and Annie chose this special leap year to seal their marriage on the 29/02/2020 at 'Stonefield' in Brighton. They shared their special day with their boys Lucas & Mason and their many guests. Their large gorgeous and handsome bridal party were striking in navy, ivory & rose gold and with bow ties creating a polished look, this magical day was angelic and romantic, full of love, laughter, family and friends. 17.01.2022 Just before I put away the archives, the final installment for now of my past work-life wedding photography throwbacks certainly was the fairy tale wedding of e...very girl's dream. It seems only yesterday that Aaron and Suzelle graced the pages of Bridal Magazines. We began the day with the ladies prepping at Villa Howden with the fabulous glam squad Ben O'Brien Hair Stylist & Claire Hunt Makeup. All dressed and ready to get married, a black BMW awaited Suzelle to chauffeur her to Home Hill Winery for a late afternoon ceremony. Suzelle knew Aaron had a big surprise planned for her but not a clue that when she arrived in the Huon Valley there was going to be an ever so slight detour to where two stunning white horses and a princess carriage awaited her to take her to her prince charming. The ceremony was absolutely gorgeous, officiated by Leanne Orr Civil Funeral and Marriage Celebrant. Suzelle and Aaron impressed us all with their killer dance routine for their first dance to Ellie Goulding's 'Love Me Like You Do. Thank you Suzelle & Aaron for letting me share your perfect day one more time. I'm sure Aaron who teaches at a local College has been doing an amazing job throughout the recent isolation/restrictions and would be so thrilled this week to have his students back in their classrooms.
