20.01.2022 Are you putting a bag together for a woman in need at Christmas this year?? It's our most popular campaign and people often purchase items for their bag each week throughout the year so when the campaign begins they are ready to go. It's in the Bag campaign will run from the 20-29 November.... We can only accept donations during these dates....not before and not after. Please remember the bags can be pre-loved but if you would not gift the bag to your best friend then it is not suitable to donate. * All sanitary items must be in original unopened packaging. * No food of any kind this includes chocolate, lollies and chewing gum. * No pharmaceuticals e.g. Panadol, vitamins, condoms. *No razors. * Pre-used items like toiletries, makeup, perfume, earrings etc. are not suitable for health reasons.

17.01.2022 What a beautiful day it was yesterday....more of the same please. Wanted to let you all know that I'm taking a short break in September. I'll be closed from Monday 14th September and will reopen on Monday 21st September. I also feel that I need to explain why it takes so long to get an appointment with me lately.... I no longer work weekends so instead of working 6-7 days per week as I did for many years I only work 5 days per week. Also, due to COVID regulations I have extra cleaning to do in between clients which requires a MINIMUM of 30 minutes break in between clients to complete those requirements. That means no more back to back clients....no exceptions. What this translates to is that I am booked out at least two weeks in advance. I always have a waiting list and a lot of the time those on the waiting list have been able to get an appointment due to cancellations. I am sorry if you can't get an appointment in a timeframe that suits you but if it's urgent I am happy to recommend another therapist to you if you like. We are lucky to have some great massage therapist in our area. Thanks for understanding xx

16.01.2022 This weeks "Saturday Sharing" post is a little different. Many of you know that I am a volunteer with Share the Dignity and am passionate about putting an end to period poverty in Australia. We had to shut down our Dignity Drive collection points in March due to COVID so we weren't able to give our charity partners anywhere near what they needed to help those in need. We have one week to go in our August Dignity Drive and we already know that we will fall way short of the req...uests made by our charities. COVID has hit many families, businesses and charities hard so if you are able to please donate to Share the Dignity either by dropping a packet of pads or tampons into your nearest collection box or by donating money so we can purchase menstrual products to give to those in need. PRICE INCREASE FROM MONDAY MARCH 1ST, 2021... 30 minute massage - $40 60 minute massage - $75 90 minute massage - $100 Student massage - $55 Please note that I have not had an increase in price since June 2017 and the increase in costs to cover the required COVID-19 safe protocols and procedures plus other increases in general business costs are not something I can continue to absorb.
