24.01.2022 Have you lost your identity? I remember feeling this a few times in my life. The first time was after I had my 3 sons. I was so used to being 'mummy' that I didn't know who Leanne was anymore. I didn't recognise her, she didn't look the same anymore.... I was words: wife daughter friend cousin Then later in life, I was a teacher or Mrs. Sheargold. I was so busy going through life and caring for everyone else that I put myself last. I didn't know who I was anymore. I would look in the mirror and stare back at someone who looked like me but I had no idea who she was without the labels of identity. That is when I decided to go on a journey to find myself. An inward transformational journey of discovery into who I am, my beliefs and values, speaking my truth, and being authentic to me. 21.01.2022 Life Changing Books - for Me, Myself & I Dalai Lama books, The Art of Happiness & The Wisdom of Compassion, I was in a dark place and really unhappy in my life. I was 90 kg, depressed, hating myself and I had been on medication for at least 10 years. These books helped me to see the world as a slightly brighter place, there was hope and compassion in the world. I kept thinking, wow he has had a very tough life but has made so much change to himself and the world around him. ... I really regret that I didn't go see him when he came to Australia a few years ago. The Thich Nat Hanh books, The Art of Living & How to Love, helped me to see myself as worthy of love and kindness. I had just started meditating and the brought me so much peace and a sense of worth. They were so easy to read, embody and implement. Louise Hay - How to heal your life, I have read all 3 of her books. They have transformed my mindset and outlook on life. I learnt how to forgive myself and change my perspective on the shitty things that have happened in my life. Also how the physical body manifests sickness until you heal the core issue. Major lightbulb moment. Bringers of the Dawn. This book was recommended to me in 2015 I started to read it but it was too heavy. Then three years ago I packed it to read on our holiday at the beach. OMG. Life-changing to the max. This was the connection to my Galactic family and healing techniques that I had been doing for the last year. This book explained about the Pleiades and there the first time on earth. As I read each chapter I could feel energy shifts, upgrades and lots of clearing happening to my physical and spiritual body. Anna Jesus Grandmother - this was recommended to me too. In August 2109 while I was staying with my son and his wife taking care of beautiful little Finn for a month, I read this book. I would read it before I went to sleep. Then I would astral travel to various [places in the book for my spiritual body to go through the initiation that I read about. This book had a profound change in me. It has expanded my spiritual beliefs beyond Christ Consciousness. #reading #read #bookstagram #book

19.01.2022 A day of Fun, Laughter, and creativity!!! On Friday I had planned the day to help my friend receive clarity and inspiration around her Facebook group posts and themes. We started talking about the themes or types of posts she wanted to do in her group.... Then broke it down into weekly hashtags and monthly events. When it came time to work out the hashtags names - that is when the creativity and laughter kicked in. We had alliteration with s, various flavored gelato, colours, words in Italian. We even brought out the Oracle cards and Crystal bible for names. At one stage we had tears in our eyes from laughing so much. Then it was time for brainstorming each theme. It was amazing with two people collaborating on ideas, how fast you can complete this. Both of us needed to refuel with some lunch and herbal tea. After lunch, we were ready to rock n roll with scheduling the posts for the next 6 months. Here we were able to repurpose information from her online programs, including tips, inspiration, and eye-catching images. We added in a question to engage her audience at the end of the post, to build up engagement. WOW, what a fabulous fun day we had together being creative and letting the inspiration and juices flow forth. We were so in the zone that six hours flew by. I defiantly was in my 'teacher' zone, inspiring, empowering, and supporting my friend through all her doubts and overwhelm.
