21.01.2022 Ayyyo! The grow is over and we managed to raise $735 for Movember this time around! To everyone who generously donated given the year we’ve had, we thank you. 20.01.2022 So after much skepticism I started listening to podcasts while training during the last two sessions and it’s been pretty great... Obviously I tried out some Arnold Schwarzenegger first along with some motivational psych chats. They must’ve been good because I pulled +5kg muscle-ups at the beginning and end of my back/shoulders session. Here’s the last set of the day.

20.01.2022 Santa was good to me this year! I hope everyone had a safe and merry Christmas. I spent Christmas Day travelling half the length of the state to different family events before drinking my weight in beer. It’s all about balance. We wrapped up the last of the family events yesterday and now look forward to NYE.
