22.01.2022 What do you get when you do Reformer exercises WITHOUT the Reformer machine? You get TRANSFORMERS! We transformed the Reformer lunge and scooter series to the same exercise without the Reformer machine, and instead using slider discs, in our pop-up TRANSFORMERS class today. ... This is great if you love your Reformer classes, but have no Reformer at home. You can do a lot of the Reformer exercises using just a Theraband and slider discs. Thanks, @jess_richards. 21.01.2022 Blissful Yoga to finish a work day and week The lying butterfly pose is a great hip opener for those with tight hips (from sitting perhaps?). 08.01.2022 The reception counter makes a great Barre! Our studio director works 90+ hours each week. Were amazed that she doesnt just live at the studio. But she always finds the time to squeeze in some exercise. Like today, using the counter as a Barre to fit in a quick Barre workout using our new Online Exercise Library - AKA the OEL.... The OEL is perfect for busy people because you can do a class any time, even 2am in the morning if you have trouble sleeping Try it if you havent already - all your favourites are on there!
