11.01.2022 Cooking in the kitchen is a great school holiday activity and has so many benefits for your young one; Learning about the sensory aspects of different foods, sequencing, planning and using tools all builds important cognitive, sensory and motor skills. Talk to an OT if your child is having difficulty keeping up in the kitchen for ideas on how to encourage independence. So get cooking, bon a petit!
