25.01.2022 Merry Christmas , a wonderful festive season and a healthy, happy and adventure-filled 2021 from all of us here at Leap Start.. I just had to share Loretta’s unique way of wishing a merry Christmas in the hopes it’ll make you smile as well!Loretta and her family run a farm in the Black Forest that embeds sustainable practices in all they do and ensures animals are raised and kept ethically correct. She’s a wonderfully positive and energetic person ....

20.01.2022 Kaya!! To celebrate NAIDOC Week, which is in October this year, we have set up some Aboriginal art inspired experiences for children to explore and learn about Indigenous art. We have also added a special art installation to our foyer in front of our director's office and where families are invited to add to a weaving board.... We can't wait to see the creations that come out of these experiences.

11.01.2022 On Monday it was raining cats and dogs! However, that didn't stop us from learning through play. We used various containers to collect rain water and were very surprised by how much we collected within such a short period of time! We discussed about the difference between rain water and tap water. Some of the children commented that rain water is better for the plants. After a long discussion, the children decided to use it to water the plants in the foyer. From this spontaneous experience, it is evident that children are becoming socially responsible and show respect for their environment.
